  RON MORLEY began his real estate career in 1992 as a Realtor with Vozza/Morley Realtors of San Mateo. In 1995, he received his Brokers License and moved to Real Property Sales, Inc. In 1996, he was appointed Broker of the firm and elected President. Real Property Sales has approximately 16 agents. In 2009 Ron opened his own residential real estate and property management firm, NEST PROPERTY. As a Realtor/Broker, Ron has successfully completed many sales transactions including single-family homes, condominiums, coops, rental property, commercial property and land sales.
  
  Prior to becoming a Realtor/Broker he had a twenty-five year career turning around corporations, primarily in high technology. He served as Chief Executive Officer for Dunlap Electronics Company, Strobe Inc., Trilobite Inc. and Qualogy Inc. He also served as President of Ideal Systems Company, Dymo Products Company and Vice President of Data Products Serial Printer Division.
  
  Ron’s first job out of college was a research chemist, first for General Mills, where he joined a research team synthesizing oral contraceptives for animal husbandry, and later, for Dymo Industries, developing visual communication products. He eventually rose to Laboratory Director of Dymo’s Research and Development Facilities. He holds numerous US and foreign patents in his field.
  
  Seeking a change from constant travel, he turned to real estate in 1992. Ron is a member of the San Mateo County Board of Realtors, the California and National Board of Realtors, a Senior Real Estate Specialist and from time to time teaches home buying to first time home buyers. He is an avid tennis player, reader, and hiker and is active in volunteer work with Ronald McDonald House, Until There’s A Cure, Kelly Beach restoration, and Second Harvest.
  
  His most recent project was learning HTML, CSS, Ajax, and Java web languages.
